Not shown, to the Varactor diode via 56k.
Someone asked me for a transmitter design in 42-50 MHz early FM band. I have tested the 74hc00 as PLL but it was at 750KHz. 12MHz is quite high, lol

For 48MHz antique FM radio. 
Add one more 74F74 for 96MHz operation. 12MHz reference frequency in PLL Img_2165
