1W out 40mW in at 145MHz and 6V supply. Dissipation per 2n3904 Final = 150mW at 6V. Final current is 250ma for both transistors. As an example let's take 350mW dissipation temperature = 95C (Ambient temp 25C + heat generated) which is still less than 150C for silicon. It should work fine, I suggest glueing them to the board for heat dissipation. It works great when construction is ugly bug:)
