SPAM on this forum ?

Hello Gentlemen Gentlepeople,

Has anybody received an personal mail SPAM?

In my inbox I have received:
"... ... Китай, Республика Корея, Страны Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона с с последующим таможенным оформлением ... ..."
It was sent by user = "Guest".

It looks as though there is a SPAM-hole in the forum settings. I cannot find a setting to prevent Guest from sending personal messages.
I have found a possible solution, but let us first see if it is a 1-off or a real problem.

I have, however, changed one setting that will make it harder for guests to send a personal message to any member.
